A Conversation about Dementia March 20th

Springwell will be hosting a workshop along with the Alzheimer's Association including "Tips on how to have honest and caring conversations with family members" about things like:
- Going to the doctor
- Deciding when to stop driving
- Making legal and financial Plans.
