Springwell represents a new level of personal attention and service unique to assisted living that focuses on the wellness as well as the life-enrichment of each resident. Staff takes the time to know and understand the needs and desires of each resident and their families, and provides tailored service and assistance with bathing, dressing, meals and medication. Assistance is also provided with activities throughout the day.
Springwell provides several different service and care levels depending on resident needs. Springwell will also assess the intensity, frequency and duration of a given service that may or may not have an impact on the residents’ level of services and care package.
Partners in Care (PIC)
Although most of our residents enjoy a relatively independent lifestyle, from time to time more comprehensive care may be required. Partners in Care (PIC) is a unique program designed to provide access to a broad and comprehensive range of personal and health related services from select affiliated community healthcare organizations. Through its preferred provider network, Springwell has identified some of the finest services and resources available in the community ranging from Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy, to Geriatric Specialties and Nursing Care. The PIC program offers a comprehensive menu of health care support to respond to the various and unique needs of residents.
