Level 1 - Moderate Assistance includes the following:

• Choice of available residences, including all amenities and use of community spaces
• Individual Service and Care Plan developed by an interdisciplinary team, in conjunction with your medical doctor
• Personal care from highly trained staff available 24 hours a day:
  • Monthly wellness assessment by on site licensed nurses
  • Medication management
  • Assistance with preparations for dressing, grooming and bathing
  • In room safety checks
  • Reminders for dining and activities
  • Monitoring of nutritional needs
• Personalized care management in conjunction with your physician by licensed nurses on site 7 days a week
• 24-hour security and emergency call system
• Three nutritionally balanced meals each day, plus healthy snacks
• Weekly housekeeping, laundry, and linen service
• Daily social, educational, and recreational activities
• Regularly scheduled spiritual programs and services
• Scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, etc.
• Routine maintenance services
