Level 1 - Moderate Assistance includes the following:
- Choice of available residences, including all amenities and use of community spaces
- Individual Service and Care Plan developed by an interdisciplinary team, in conjunction with your medical doctor
- Personal care from highly trained staff available 24 hours a day:
- Monthly wellness assessment by on site licensed nurses
- Medication management
- Assistance with preparations for dressing, grooming and bathing
- In room safety checks
- Reminders for dining and activities
- Monitoring of nutritional needs
- Personalized care management in conjunction with your physician by licensed nurses on site 7 days a week
- 24-hour security and emergency call system
- Three nutritionally balanced meals each day, plus healthy snacks
- Weekly housekeeping, laundry, and linen service
- Daily social, educational, and recreational activities
- Regularly scheduled spiritual programs and services
- Scheduled transportation to doctor's appointments, outings, etc.
- Routine maintenance services
